Your tasks will focus on the following activities:
Build up and maintain a global network of market experts for public standards
Key contact for Purchasing regarding procurement process of documents, packages and licences
Licence management
Selection and application of applicable sources of information
Structure, provide and exchange information (training material, reporting PowerBI)
Database / tool management
Ensure data quality in database
Research on new standards
Consultancy on expertise
Execute researches
Further development of lean, automated workflows
Execute digital transformation processes
Knowledge management, documentation of existing and new processes
Collaboration with several group and sector functions
Customer orientation
Optional contribution as Continental representative in norm committees
Ihr Profil
Bachelor Degree in Information Management, Engineering or related fields
Experience in data processing
Analytical skills, knowledge about data management systems
Good technical knowledge
Very good English skills (written and spoken)
Motivation to dig into new working fields
High communication and team focus
