Identify, collaborate and partner with strategic partners, research institutions, and other companies
develop prototypes with increasing maturity level
Scan and scout new technologies to pursue innovative approaches and applications
Investigate, propose, and develop disruptive products and services which can create new business models and value streams
Communicate results and opportunities to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Manage projects with multiple levels of complexity that may require collaboration across regional and international teams

Ihr Profil

Master's degree or Ph.D. in a technical direction
Passionate and open minded with an entrepreneurial mindset: you are a «maker»
Enthusiastic about technology with high interest and proven record of expertise in at least two of the following areas: agricultural technology, artificial intelligence, machine learning, software engineering, connectors, ISOBUS, signal integrity, IoT
Preferably experience in new product development
Desire to work in an international cross-functional team
Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Thorough understanding of the fundamental scientific process and engineering principles
Very good verbal and written communication skill
