Process development and buildup of expertise in Frontend Process Development - Lithography
Autonomous processing of development work packages within the internal customer spectrum: Research, Chip development and manufacturing
Supporting handover of production ready, cost-effective, and stable processes together with corresponding process windows to the manufacturing team
Presentation of development results, project plans and strategies in internal meetings and towards external customers
Leading problem solving- and FMEA-teams and support risk analysis for new processes and material
Responsibility for process roadmaps, equipment strategy and process concepts together with evaluation and specification of new development equipment
Close cooperation with our partners and customers in Kulim and Penang, Malaysia

Ihr Profil

University degree (Master or Diploma) in physics, material science, chemistry, or comparable disciplines
Several years working experience in an industrial environment necessary
Knowledge and experience in lithographic manufacturing processes in the semiconductor industry necessary - Focus on iLine stepper technology
Experience in the development of complex systems and processes in an academic or industrial context necessary
Autonomous working, analytical thinking and creativity as well as strong communication skills and willingness for interdisciplinary work
Very good knowledge of English in verbal and written form, german beneficial
Willingness to travel occasionally
