Your Responsibilities

Lead the PCB design team to support various HW design teams with leading edge Board Layouts Responsible for project management (incl. project plans, close communication to stakeholders on status and deviations) Closely align with different project teams to manage schedule and priority requirements Align and set standards with remote development sites on processes, tools, libraries, design rules, etc. Cooperate with PCB manufacturers and PCB assembly houses Contribute to cross-functional projects, e.g. with procurement, material engineering, etc. Maintain and evolve ECAD SW tool suites Develop PCB expertise, Simulation/Validation knowhow and PCB Performance optimization skills in your team to consult project teams in complex HW designs and follow emerging technology trends. Manage cooperation with outside engineering service providers Develop and grow individual members and the team as a whole Represent the Team within and beyond the R&D community

Your Qualifications

Bachelor, Master or University degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline Strong team working and communication skills (cross-functional, internal/external, cross-cultural) Ability to maintain a structured working approach in a fast paced, project oriented, team environment Proven ability to develop teams, foster individual talents and maintain a positive team spirit Background in PCB technology and layout & related tooling Experience with ECAD tools & processes within the complete product generation chain, e.g. interfaces with PLM, Component Intelligence providers, Mechanical design integration, etc. Experience in R&D work and 93k product development processes Professional German and English in writing and speaking
