Full p&l responsibility for all business in Japan
Increasing the company's market share, growing the sales network, and further establishment of the brand
Provide dynamic and positive leadership to the team (approx. 10 employees)
Market development with focus on the target industries machine building, electronics, optics, and aerospace
Expanding of the distribution network and build up strategic partnerships
Personally manage and further deepen the business relations to the most important Key Accounts
Reporting to the Vice President APAC

Ihr Profil

Requirements
Technical degree or degree in Business Administration with a sound technical understanding
Leadership or working experience in a Western industrial company
Good track record in leading and successfully growing a sales organization
Good knowledge in the field of industrial products or systems (e.g. precision machines, measurement and sensor technology, industrial automation)
Entrepreneurial, result driven personality with conceptual strength and a general understanding of P&L
Business fluent in Japanese as well as good English skills
