Define, introduce, maintain, and continuously improve test strategies, methods and concepts for system level tests and ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and test results
Plan, provide, commission, and maintain test systems and laboratory infrastructure & capacity
Plan, coordinate, and execute hardware and system level tests including software together with internal customers
Evaluate, document, and release test results and initiate root cause analyses where required
Provide transparent communication on test status, risks, and deviations
Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and applicable norms
Support capacity planning and optimization of test environments and laboratory utilization
Act as a technical interface between test lab, development, systems engineering, and project stakeholders

Ihr Profil

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable
Several years hands-on experience in hardware testing, validation, or system level verification
Advanced knowledge of test methodologies, measurement and test equipment, and development
Good team, communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of automation hardware, data analysis tools or test result databases
Advanced English and German language skills
